We collect only what we need to run your work schedule. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
This Privacy Policy describes how Seagram's Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Gig Tracker platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and phone number when your profile is created.
- Availability and scheduling: Your responses to shift offers, availability preferences, and notes you add to your profile.
- Communication preferences: Whether you have opted in to receive email, SMS, or push notifications.
- Account credentials: Password (stored in hashed form — we cannot read it).
Information collected automatically:
- Clock-in/out times: Timestamps recorded when you clock in and out of shifts.

- Usage logs: Standard server logs including IP address and timestamps of requests, retained for security and debugging purposes.

- To verify your clock-in location when the Auto Clock-In feature is enabled.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Platform.
- To communicate with you about your account or changes to our policies.
3. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS notifications, we will send text messages to your mobile number regarding your work schedule, shift changes, company events, and other employment-related updates.
- No sharing of mobile numbers: Your mobile phone number will never be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or any purpose other than delivering SMS messages on our behalf as described in this policy.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduling activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active scheduling periods.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling SMS notifications in your account settings. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages.
- For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the address below.
- Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment.
We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely to deliver your messages and is subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy. Twilio does not use your number for any independent marketing purpose.
